Graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic, Dr. Bonds has his Bachelor of Science in Anatomy. He is one of the USA Olympic Gymnastics medical/Wellness board and works with all levels of athletes from beginner to elite. He also treats non-athletes all ages, from two weeks old to ninety-four years old.
Dr. Gary Martin has advanced training in disability and neurology. He has worked on a wide range of professional athletes and musicians. Dr. Martin loves to get to the cause of his patient’s condition, not just cover up the symptoms. Dr. Martin has been in practice over 21 years and has treated tens of thousands of patients. Dr. Martin holds degrees from Wayland Baptist University (magna cum laude), Parker College Of Chiropractic, Logan College of Chiropractic (neurology) and Cleveland College of Chiropractic (neurology). He holds certifications in impairment rating, neurodiagnostics, vertigo and whiplash injuries.
Both Dr. Bonds and Dr. Martin teach continuing education to their chiropractic colleagues on staying at the forefront of research and latest advancements in the industry. Our doctors actually treat many of the local chiropractors for their own health conditions.

Amir Alavi, DO
Dr. Alavi is a graduate of the University of North Texas Health Science Center Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in anesthesia and fellowship in pain medicine at Strong Memorial Hospital through the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, NY. Prior to joining the Lewis Pain Division of Pinnacle Pain Medicine, he was an Assistant Professor of Clinical Anesthesia with the University of Rochester, where he practiced a combination of private practice and academic based anesthesia and pain medicine. Dr. Alavi is board certified in both anesthesiology and pain medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology and is committed to offering his patients the world’s most advanced treatments. His practice is based on a multidisciplinary approach which allows him to tailor his treatment plans to meet the specific needs of each patient.
